Processing Times

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

- Free Shipping on orders over $100 (Standard Shipping only, U.S. customers).

Domestic Shipping
- We ship throughout the United States, including P.O. boxes.
- Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
International Shipping
- We currently ship to select international destinations.
- Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 7-21 business days.
- Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at shelley@saturatejewelry.com within 7 days of delivery.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Incorrect Addresses
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
