Shipping policy

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options

  2. Priority Shipping (1-3 business days)
  3. Free Shipping on orders over $100 (Standard Shipping only, U.S. customers).

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and chosen shipping method.

Domestic Shipping

  • We ship throughout the United States, including P.O. boxes.
  • Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international destinations.
  • Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 7-21 business days.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at shelley@saturatejewelry.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
